What happens during a consultation?
First – time consultation is free over the phone. Consultations are conducted over the phone or if requested in advance, in – home. In home consultations may include a formal observation, informal assessment and parent discussion. A report is not included, however a brief follow – up e-mail can be sent to summarize the outcome and recommendations of the consultation.
