Initial Evaluation
A thorough evaluation is completed to identify your unique speech patterns when pronouncing American – English. The results of the assessment will then be analyzed and utilized to develop a program that is tailored to your specific needs.
Customized Accent Modification Program
Based on the results of your initial evaluation, a customized program is developed that will reduce your accent by 50% or more. Instruction is based on the Compton P-ESL Accent Modification Program, a highly individualized approach to accent modification that is specifically designed to improve the accents of non – native English speakers.
This comprehensive program targets American – English pronunciation, voice projection, grammar and intonation.
Your success is based on your commitment to attend all sessions, complete all exercises provided during the session and practice for at least 1 hour a day on your own time. Clients who commit themselves to the program can expect to achieve at least a 50% improvement in reducing their accent as well increased self – confidence, improved grammar, intonation and voice projection.
